It's Tasty Tuesday!!!!

Today's recipe is....Taco Casserole! My husband taught me how to make this easy recipe, so in my house we call this 'Lester's Famous Taco Casserole' (It makes him feel special). I know it doesn't look too pretty in the picture but trust me when I tell you it's delicious. Here's what you need:

1.5 lbs-Ground beef
1-Onion
1- Can chicken rice soup
1-Can cream of mushroom soup
1-Small bottle of taco sauce
1-Cup of grated/shredded cheese
1-13 oz bag of tortilla chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Crush tortilla chips; crush enough to make 3 layers.(We usually use a whole bag)
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
Add soups and taco sauce; stir until hot.
In a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish, layer in the following order: meat mixture, crushed chips, cheese; ending with chips and cheese on top.
Place in oven for 5-7 minutes for cheese to melt.
Enjoy!

*Let me know how your taco casserole turned out! Don't be afraid to make it your own by adding taco seasoning and/or etc.*
