
Here's what you'll need:
1-12.5 oz Can of Chicken Breast Chunks
1-Cup Cole Slaw Mix
2-8oz Cans Chow Mein Veggies
1-Small Bag Green Salad Mix
1-5oz Can Chow Mein Noodles
1 or 2-11oz Cans of Mandarin Oranges (I use two, I like oranges)
For the dressing you will need:
1-Cup Mayo
2-Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1-Teaspoon Ground Ginger
In a large bowl, toss chicken, cole slaw mix, and drained chow mein veggies until mixed. In another bowl mix your mayo, soy sauce, and ginger for your dressing and set aside. Line up your plates and add small amount of green salad mix to each, then top with your chicken, chow mein and slaw mix. Add dressing to each and garnish with noodles and oranges.
