Recipe of the day is Low Fat Meatloaf or should I say Turkey loaf

This recipe is great and best of all only 230 calories per serving

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Stalks of Celery, finely chopped
1 clove of Garlic
1 Sm Onion, finely chopped
2 Lbs Lean 93% Ground Turkey
1 1/2 slices of Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
1/3 Cup Fat Free Milk
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
2 Lg Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In oil cook onion and celery until tender. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Transfer to a bowl and add bread crumbs, milk, W sauce, 1/4 C ketchup, salt, and pepper. Mix well. In small dish mix Dijon and remaining ketchup. In baking loaf pan, shape meat mixture and spread ketchup/dijon mixture on over the top. Bake for 1 hour or until thoroughly cooked.
