Low Fat Cornflake Chicken w/Honey Mustard Sauce
This recipe will give you the crispy texture of being fried without all those extra calories and fat.

Ingredients

Chicken Strips (I used breast this time but it is much better with tenders)
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Yellow Mustard
2 Cups crushed Corn Flakes
Dash of Black Pepper



Sauce
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
2 Tsp Honey



Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Mix egg, honey, and mustard in bowl. In a separate bowl mix crushed corn flakes and pepper. Dip chicken in egg batter, then roll in corn flake mixture until completely coated. Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minute or until thoroughly cooked.
While this is baking mix dijon and honey to use as your dipping sauce.
