Gosh is it really Friday already?! Well I spent most of this week sleeping & dreading even getting out of bed. I will be 31 weeks pregnant tomorrow & boy do I feel it! I have found it easier to stick to my weight training than EA Sports Active. However, instead of doing the 30 day Challenge I have been (sometimes) doing the set workout routines that match my target area in my weight training schedule (To see my schedule click here). For example: On Wednesday my target area was Shoulders/Triceps/Abs, so I did an upper body workout on EA Sports along with my weight training.
My eating habits have been ok. Honestly I'm too tired to even care about what I eat! If I feel like eating ice cream...I'll eat it BUT I do try to limit the amount. That's good right? Haha. The closer I get to my due date the less motivated I am. I would love to do EA Sports Active everyday but it's just not possible while pregnant. :(
EA Sports Active better watch out for me in October! Once my baby is born (and I get the ok from my midwife) I will be working out faithfully! My motivation will be to lose all my baby weight in time for the commissioning of my husband's ship!
