I feel like such a failure because I'm not at all consistent with my workouts. I took on Fitness Friday because I thought I would be able to handle it, but instead I feel like I let Jenn & the other Wii Mommies down. ::sad face::
My EA Sports was so much fun & such a good workout but I just don't have it in me to do it. However, I am glad that I have it because I will be using it soon after baby is born. I did manage to try out the Gold's Gym Cardio Workout this week. I didn't play long but I got an awesome workout!
During my recent prenatal appointment I was told that I gained 6lbs in 5 weeks. OMG! I guess it's not really that bad because technically in the last trimester a women will gain around 1-2 pounds per week. My midwife informed me that I need to eat more protein to keep my energy levels up. So that's what I'm trying to do! I've noticed that I have been craving fruit & find myself eating fruit quite frequently....so I need to find a way to throw some chicken in there or maybe peanut butter with an apple! ~Yum~ Honestly I am so glad this pregnancy is over because I have NO energy for anything these days. All I do is sleep & with my husband not around I lose my mind with the kids. AHHHH 1 more month & hubby will be home to help & maybe that will replenish some of my energy.
Thank you for your support through my highs & lows. I promise that after baby is born I will be consistent & FIERCE w/my workouts. I'm trying to be skinny ASAP! Until then I will continue to try to be active!
