Tasty Tuesday

Today we are making a healthier version of Onion Rings. These are baked not fried. Very easy to make and they taste great. I want to thank my family for being my taste testers. I make them sample everything before I post. Thanks guys!

Healthier Onion Rings

Ingredients:

1 Large Onion
1 Cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
1 Clove of Garlic, minced
1 Cup Low Fat Milk
1 Cup Flour
1 Large Egg White, Beaten
Cooking Spray for cooking sheet

Preperation:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut onions into slices, seperate the slices. In a small bowl combine the breadcrumbs and garlic, set aside. Put milk, flour, and egg into three seperate bowls. Spray the cookie sheet. Dip each ring into the milk, flour, egg, breadcrumbs (IN THAT ORDER). Place the rings on the cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
