Crab Cucumber Rounds
2 Large Unpeeled Cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 Teaspoon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 Package/Can lump Crabmeat, drained and flaked
1 Can of sliced Olives
Arrange cucumber slices on platter. Place them in the refrigerator until ready to use. In a small bowl mix mustard, worcestershire, and mayo until well combined. Add crabmeat and toss until mixed. Dab a teaspoon on each cucumber slice. Garnish with an olive. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
