Homemade Hot Pockets
Well that's what I'll call these. This was a hit in my house. Actually I had a lot of the chicken mixture left over so I added cream of chicken soup to it and served over a bed of rice. Two meals out of one recipe, I love that.
1-Bunch Green Onions
1-2 Pkg Cream Cheese
Boil the chicken until cooked. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and add to butter mix then season to taste. Use two crescent to form a rectangle and place on greased cookie sheet. Spread cream cheese onto crescent roll and fill with chicken mixture. Fold over and seal ends. Bake in oven for about 12 minutes or until crescent is cooked. After a few minutes cover so the crescents don't burn. Now you can use any fillings you want. I also made some with ham and cheddar cheese inside. Hum, next time I think I'll try Italian sausage, cheese and a little marinara sauce.
