Tasty Tuesday

This recipe comes from the kitchen of Guille of Corcoran. I requested this recipe from her because I heard she makes Pozole really good. I hope mine comes out as good as hers, I plan on making it next weekend.

CHICKEN POZOLE
1 Chicken in pieces
1 can Hominy Mexican Style (32 oz or the 64 if you really like )
1 Gallon water
3 Teaspoons of chicken consome de pollo (Knor Suiza)
5 California chiles (dry)
1 Pasilla chile
3 Pieces of garlic
3 Liaves os Laurel (Bay Leaves)
1 Teaspoon of oregano
Salt to taste

1st blend
5 California chiles (dry)
1 Pasilla chile (dry)
3 Pieces of garlic
3 Liaves os Laurel (Bay Leaves)
1 Teaspoon of oregano
1 Cup of hot water

Then mix
1 Chicken in pieces
1 Can hominy Mexican Style (32 oz or the 64 if you really like ) drain and rinse
1 Gallon water
3 Teaspoons of chicken consome de pollo(Knor Suiza)
and the above ingredients you blended.
Cook for 1 hour (try chicken pieces) to make sure are cooked
