Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 Cups Shredded Cooked Chicken
1/4 Cup Cayenne Pepper/Hot Sauce
1 Cup Mayo
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Finely Chopped Green Onions (Use a much or little as you would like)
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Rceipe calls for 1/4 Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese (After baking, sprinkle on top) I didn't add this so I'm not sure how this would taste.
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Toss chicken in the hot sauce. Stir in remaining ingredients. Place in casserole dish and bake uncovered for 20 minute or until cheese has melted. Serve with your favorite dippers.
