I do like the site the only thing I would remove is that annoying notifier bar at the bottom of the page.
I don't know what to say honestly. I think you're doing well. Maybe move the follower link closer to the top. I hate not being able to find those if I want to follow. :)

Your site is nice, easy to see. Like the white background. When the page loads for me, there are two columns to the right of your posts. I think it would be better to only have one column, because some of the scrolling ads are a little distracting when two columns worth are moving.

Not sure if it's possible on your platform, but I love sites where you just see the first 20 comments when you look at the first page of a blog post. I work on a netbook, so it takes a long time to scroll!
