Fitness Friday

Yup you read that right, it's FITNESS Friday! :) I'm back at it again but this time I am doing P90X. I just started this week and loving it. This program takes some serious dedication & will power! Usually I fail because I lack will power BUT this time I'm sticking to it because I'm tired of complaining about my body. It's time to get this fitness ball rolling again. My butt is getting kicked BIG time! If you haven't seen the infomercial, check this out:

There are 3 versions of this program: classic, double, & lean. I chose to do Classic so my husband & I can workout together plus I want to lean out & gain muscle. I'll keep you guys posted on my progress. Tony Horton, the creator of P90X, famous saying is BRING IT...and...I'm bringing it!!!

I've heard about that workout, but have not tried it. I'm doing interval running. Four, four minute sprints with a two minute break in between each sprint.

I'm so not a runner. I never have been & every time I try, I end up quitting. :(

As far as P90X - OMG I love it! It's hard the 1st week but after that you just fall in love.
