Fitness Friday


Woohoo I'm finally downsizing my body. LOL. I am currently at the end of my 3rd week & I am feeling so much better about myself. My clothes are fitting so much better & my body fat is dropping. My weight has remained about the same which is not surprising because I am turning fat into muscle & we all know that muscle weighs more than fat. In the picture below you will notice that my dreaded back fat is getting smaller! Yaaaay!
