Fish Stick Tacos

Corn Tortillas (you can use flour)
Frozen Fish Sticks
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Chipotle Chili Canned in adobo Sauce (I use Gayo brand)
2 Tbsp Lime Juice
5 Cups Coleslaw
Chipotle Queso (I use Dos Padres Brand)

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Arrange fish sticks on baking sheet and bake until crispy -about 11-13 minutes. While fish sticks are baking mix Mayo, Chipotle, Lime Juice, and Coleslaw. Heat tortillas and line with coleslaw mixture, add two-three fishsticks and spoon Chipotle Queso on top. Repeat for each taco.
