3 Cups Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1 Cup Sliced Smoked Sausage
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Rotel (use your favorite)
1/4 Cup Diced onion
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Pat potatoes over bottom and sides of a 9in pie plate. Drizzle butter over potatoes and bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees.
Layer sausage, cheese, Rotel, and onions. In a small bowl whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper until well blended. Pour over layered mixture. Bake for 25 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
