Artichoke & Ricotta Pie

I really liked this but my son did not like the artichokes. 3 out of 4 liked this recipe.

1 Sm Onion minced
2 Garlic Clove minced
1 1/2 Cup Ricotta
1/3 Cup Fresh Parsley
2 0z Chopped Prosciutto ( I had left over baked ham so that's what I used)
1/4 Shredded Cheese (I used a Parmesan, Mozzarella mix)
1 Can 14 oz Sliced Artichoke Hearts
Frozen Pizza Dough

Use 1 Tsp Olive oil and saute onion and garlic. In small bowl mix Ricotta, parsley, ham, and cheese. Stir in onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Roll out dough onto cookie sheet. Spread filling evenly over dough. Top with artichokes. Pleat ends of pie. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown about 20 minutes.
