Crockpot Chicken Curry

•2 whole chicken breasts, boned and diced
•2 cans cream of chicken soup
•2 tbsp. butter or margarine
•2 green onions with tops, finely chopped
•1/4 tsp. curry powder (I always add more as needed)
•2 tsp. salt
•Dash of pepper
•hot cooked rice

Place chicken in crockpot. Add all remaining ingredients, except rice. Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours, or on HIGH 2 to 3 hours. Serve over hot rice.
