
1-Package Broccoli (Thawed)
1-Pizza Dough
1-Pkg (4 oz)-Low Fat Feta
1/2 Tub (about 6 oz) Low Fat Ricotta
Parmesan Cheese
Olive Oil
Spray baking sheet. Roll out pizza dough on baking sheet. Spread Ricotta on half the pizza, leaving about 1/2 on the edge. In a bowl mix the Feta and Broccoli. Spread Feta/Broccoli mixture over Ricotta. Fold over and pinch the edges. With a fork press all along the edges to keep everything inside. Brush a little Olive Oil over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until dough is cooked.

It's so easy. I also made another with a bellpeppers, onions, and marinara sauce for dipping. I think I should have added sauce inside as well.It's one of those things you just make to suit your taste. Thanks for dropping by.
