Tasty Tuesday

My mom made this over the weekend and it was a hit with my Dad.
Sounds great with Jalapenos and Cilantro, I can't wait to try it. Thanks mom for the great recipe.

Green Onion Potato Salad

2 lbs Red Potatoes
2 Tsp Kosher Salt
2 Tsp Salt
1 1/4 C Best Foods Mayonnaise
1/4 Tsp Ground Pepper
6 Green Onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup Cilantro
1-2 Jalapeno Peppers, chopped

Cover potatoes with water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add 2 Tsp of Kosher salt, reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and cool slightly, and slice. Combine mayo, jalapenos, salt & pepper in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients, and toss gently.
