Many of you may remember months ago I started a six week Rightsize weight loss program. I thought I would give you an update as I make my way to my Rightsize. I was very happy with my results after the six weeks, and I continued with the program.
If you can recall I mentioned having "cheat days". Well, I had a few more of those so called "cheap days" that I said I wasn't going to have anymore LOL. And of course I ate very well for Thanksgiving and Christmas. After all who diets in Novemeber and December? Let's see, oh in January I was in Chicago for my sons boot camp graduation. Yes, I had to try all the food Chicago is known for. Okay-Okay no more excuses.
Great News, I'm back on track. I have since lost even more weight and of course I did this with Rightsize. I started taking my shakes again and doing a little exercising. I have a shake for breakfast, one for lunch and a sensible dinner. It's just that easy. I'm still losing but I'll be at my Rightsize in no time. HMMM what is my Rightsize? I guess I'll figure it out when I get there but I'm thinking 140'ish. Hehehe I haven't seen that weight since my 20's. Or maybe the 130s.
When I started the program I weighed in at 206. After the six weeks, my weight was 181 lbs , I lost a total of 25 lbs. I'm proud to say my current weight is 164. I have lost a total of 42lbs. Now you have to remember that this weight loss could have happened sooner but I took a break as I mentioned earlier. (Well not a break but I used my excuses LOL).
Do you have extra weight you would like to lose? Do you need something that taste great, satisfies your hunger, and is easy to use? I know just where you can find it. Visit Rightsize and let them help you find your Rightsize the way they're helping me find mine.
Thanks Rightsize, I couldn't have done it without you!
