Skillet Peach Cobbler
This recipe is just too easy to make. This has a lot less calories and fat than your regular Peach Cobbler, but taste great.
2 Tbs. Butter
4 Bars low Fat Honey Nut Granola Bars (Crumbled)
6 Cups of Peaches
1/2 Cup No Cal Sweetener
2 Tbs Corn Starch
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbs Brown Sugar
1 Cup Apple Juice
In skillet melt butter over medium heat. Add crumbled granola bars, cook until lightly browned (Watch closely I burnt mine a bit) Remove from skillet and set aside. In a large bowl add peaches, sweetener, corn starch, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Toss until evenly coated. Transfer
to skillet and pour juice over mixture, heat and bring to a boil. reduce heat to low and cook until fruit softens and mixture thickens. Remove from heat and sprinkle with granola mixture. Cool and serve with frozen yogurt.
