1lb ground beef
1-1.25 oz taco seasoning mix
1 cup thick n chunky salsa
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
3-16 oz. packages of jumbo buttermilk biscuits
- Cook and crumble beef until no longer pink; drain
- Add seasoning according to package directions; stir in salsa and 1 cup cheese. Set aside.
- Using 2 muffin pans, press biscuits into each muffin well and up sides. Fill with taco meat and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake in a preheated 400*F oven for 12-14 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
