Tasty Tuesday

Cinnamon Apple Muffin Pie

4 Slices of Bread (crust removed)
1/2 Stick of Butter
1/4 C Brown Sugar
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Lg Granny Smith Apple Peeled & Cored
1/4 Lemon

Preheat over to 350 degrees. With rolling pan, roll out each piece of bread as flat as you can and set aside. Melt butter and set aside. In small bowl whisk together brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut the apples into small pieces and squeeze lemon over them and toss. With a brush use a little of the melted butter to coat the muffin pan. Gently press the bread into the muffin molds. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the apples and toss to coat, now add the melted butter and toss again. Spoon apple mixture into bread molds and bake for 20 minutes. This is great served with ice cream.
Fruit Dip/Glaze
I really don't know what to call it, but it sure is good. A friend of mine made this and served it with a huge variety of cut fruit . Use it on apples, strawberries, mangoes, and it's excellent on blueberries.
1 Tub Reduced Fat Vanilla Frosting
2/3 C Almond Milk (Blue Diamond has this with only 60 calories)
Not that you're counting calories with this dip but I prefer to cut
calories whenever I can. Believe me it doesn't taste like there is any
reduction in calories.
Blend them both together until creamy and serve with your
favorite fruit.
