This is so easy to make and taste wonderful..........
1/2 Chicken Thighs
1 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper
4 cloves of Garlic
2 Bay Leaf
1 teaspoon Oil
Add oil to large pot. Add garlic (careful not to burn), add chicken and brown, add pepper, soy sauce, and vinegar. (Do not stir until Vinegar is cooked). The Smell Test is the only way to gauge whether vinegar is cooked. Steam should not smell acidic.
Stir ingredients once sauce comes to a boil. Add bay leaf.
SIMMER until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve over steamed rice.
