In my house, meat seems to find its way to our plate EVERY night. I have been wanting to find meatless recipes to try but have yet to find one that caught my eye UNTIL I received my February 2012 issue of All You magazine!

How does Spaghetti with Butternut Squash sound?

For some reason you can't see all my butternut squash but trust me...there was plenty! Before this recipe, I had never tasted butternut squash nor did I know what it looked like. Haha. Sad, I know! For those of you that seen this recipe in All You but haven't tried it out yet, trust me when I say that it was delicious.
