Chicken Spaghetti

1 chicken, cooked and deboned
1 onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Broth from chicken
1 bell pepper
3/4 pkg. spaghetti
1/2 lb. Velveeta, diced
1 can Rico Cheese

Dice onion and bell pepper; saute in butter. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and water. In large bowl, mix cream of chicken, chicken, Velveeta, pepper and onion mixture. Add 1 can Rico Cheese; mix well. Add cooked spaghetti and 1/2 cup chicken broth and mix well. Pour into large baking dish. Top with grated Velveeta cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
