Ingredients:
4lbs pork shoulder roast
2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 package of taco seasoning
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, then coat pork with mixture. Place into crockpot and carefully add chicken broth around meat. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours until pork shreds easily. Remove meat and shred with two forks.
