Who doesn't like pizza?! I recently found a recipe for easy pizza dough and decided to give it a try.

1 package (.25 oz) active yeast 
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar (or sugar alternative)
1 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients (flour, yeast, salt, and sugar). Next, mix in water and oil. Thenm roll dough out on a well floured surface (note: I divided dough into 4 balls to make individual pizzas). Top with desired toppings and bake in preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes.
