Last minute side dish -- mashed cauliflower!
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1/8 cup of milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper
Instructions:
Steam or boil cauliflower florets until tender. Drain cauliflower and place in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Simple yet tasty! All three of my kids loved this recipe and so did I (because it cuts carbs). :)
